How To Log In To Ebates

If you are an Ebates member, you can log in via the Ebates home page at https://ebates.com/.



The home page will look like this, and you’ll find the Sign In button at the top of the page (circled in red below):

  • After clicking the “Sign In” button, a login window will pop up, allowing you to log in with your email and Ebates password, or using your Facebook or Google account.
  • If you have forgotten your password, go here to reset it.
  • If you are still having trouble logging in, your only customer service option is this online form.
